is 65-inch 4K smart TV from Samsung, in a midline series of regular QLED TVs for 2021, offers top-notch overall picture quality, though its HDR performance, which can produce enhanced contrast and brighter highlights when done well, has limited effectiveness. It also lacks the wider viewing angle we're seeing with some of Samsung's top-tier QLED sets.Compared to the Q60A series models below it, the Q70A sets have a 120Hz native refresh rate, some enhanced game features such as variable native refresh rate, and one more HDMI input. Both model series have edge LED backlights without local dimming zones, rather than a full-array backlight with local dimming, so they lose a bit in areas such as dark scenes and contrast. (It uses something called global dimming, where the whole backlight is adjusted at the same time in response to the light content of the image.) Like other Samsung 4K models, this set supports the HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG HDR formats. The smart TV has Samsung's Bixby digital voice assistant, and support for Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay 2, and Google Assistant are also built in, and it comes with the Apple TV app so you can watch movies and TV shows purchased through iTunes right from the TV itsel
